Church Planter Development
We are dedicated to equipping church planters with the best training, resources, support, and—most of all—tools for holistic well-being so every church plant in our city will be a healthy, gospel-centered church.
Our church planting residencies equip church planters to navigate the ups and downs of the early years of launching a new church plant, providing tools and accountability to support long-term emotional and spiritual well-being.
We offer two different church planting residencies for prospective church planters. Our aim is to prepare leaders to plant healthy, missional churches. These residencies will be experiential learning environments designed to produce holistically-prepared leaders who are part of a city-wide movement of God’s Kingdom throughout Orlando.

FOUNDATIONAL
Training Program designed for those that are exploring a potential call to church planting. Residents are introduced to basic church planting competencies and helped to deepen their self-awareness of these needed skills. Residents will discern their call to church planting while growing a heart for the vision of collaborating together to plant churches.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Residents who are wanting to learn more about church planting or considering a call to church planting.
Residents who are connected to a local church and active in serving and ministry.
Residents do not need to be active in full-time ministry to participate.
Residents who want to grow in general ministry skills, leadership, and church planting competencies.

FINISHING
Residency designed for those who have proven ministry and leadership experience, demonstrated a calling to plant a church, and are around 12-18 months from launching a new church plant. This residency will help church planters develop concrete church planting, leadership, and ministry skills as they work towards designing and implementing the formation and launch of a contextualized new church plant.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Resident has proven ministry and leadership experience.
Resident has demonstrated a calling to plant a church.
Resident demonstrates solid character and strength in general church planting competencies.
Resident is at least 25 years old.
Resident committed to planting in the Greater Orlando area.
Resident about 12-18 months from launching a new church.
