OCPN VISION & MISSION
Our Vision is a city and region saturated with healthy multiplying leaders and churches where every man, woman and child has repeated opportunities to hear, see, and respond to the gospel.
Our Mission is to strengthen church planters and their teams to multiply churches throughout the greater Orlando and Central Florida region.
OCPN BELIEFS & VALUES
We have adopted the Lausanne Covenant as a unifying statement of faith. The Lausanne Covenant is a movement that mobilizes evangelical leaders to collaborate for world evangelization.

Gabe serves as the Executive Director of OCPN, leading strategic partnerships and overseeing training initiatives. He equips leaders and fosters collaborative relationships to support church planting across the network, helping align vision, strengthen systems, and cultivate a culture of healthy, reproducible leadership across the city. -
Carlos Peralta
COACHING

Carlos provides relational coaching and support to leaders, walking alongside them to strengthen their growth, health, and effectiveness in ministry. He invests intentionally in developing leaders over time, offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability while helping them navigate challenges, cultivate sustainable rhythms, and lead with clarity and faithfulness. -
Felipe Echeverri
OPERATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS

Felipe oversees the operational structure of the network, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective execution of vision across all initiatives. He also leads communications, shaping clear, consistent messaging that reflects the heart, values, and direction of the network across internal teams and external platforms.
